Consular Jurisdiction: For residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and the Three U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Guam, and Northern Marianas Island (Marshall Islands) in the Pacific, which are under the jurisdiction of the Consulate-General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Los Angeles, California.

Note: The only accepted forms of payment are cash, money order, and cashier’s check payable to Myanmar Consulate-General.
Visa applications are also accepted by mail. When processing your application by mail, please include a self-addressed postage-paid return envelope via traceable mail (ex. FedEx, UPS, U.S. Express Mail).
